I really like the tip about carrying a notebook -- I keep telling myself to do this, as it would permit me to be more organized mentally. Plus -- I'm a writer and I find myself with GREAT ideas, that evaporate before I can get them to a more concrete form.

I'd like to recommend a book that has helped me -- and countless other women, I'm sure, get "more" out of life. This isn't necessarily achieving more, but for those hungry for "something more," well, "The Woman's Field Guide to Exceptional Living" can provide that. This book is different from typical self-help books, and I loved it. The author has a gentle, kind of playful voice that keeps me turning the pages -- plus, there's loads of practical advice.
